Pu Erh tea is made from broad leaf Camellia Sinensis plant. Recent scientific research has shown Pu Erh tea to have slimming effects (Pu Erh is now widely used as a main ingredient in many slimming teas). It also lowers high blood pressure & cholestrol levels. Pu Erh tea is very popular in Southern & South Western China and amongst the meat eating nomads in Mongolia & Tibetan Monks.

- How to Use Use one teabag per mug, pour in hot water, infuse 3 to 5 minutes, remove teabag, and serve. A teabag may be used a second time if using a teacup. Pu Erh Tea should be served without sugar or milk.
- Warnings Store tea in a cool dry place away from sun and odour. Never drink tea that was made the day before.
