  • Naturalistic Organic Traders (Pty) Ltd is a business in the organic & natural products retail industry that markets organic & natural products via its on-line website.

  • The range offered on this website is constantly expanding and changing as Naturalistic Organic Traders (Pty) Ltd source quality products to offer to its customers. The current range includes products for household cleaning, body care, facial care, cosmetics, body oils, tinctures, supplements, olive oils, olive products, spices, honey products, propolis products, candles, baby care, dried fruits, jams & preserves.

Agreement of sale

  • An agreement of sale between Naturalistic Organic Traders (Pty) Ltd and its customer is only valid once payment has been made and Naturalistic Organic Traders (Pty) Ltd receives proof of payment and fund clearance in our bank account. Up until this point all goods remain the property of Naturalistic Organic Traders (Pty) Ltd.

Use of the site

  • This site may be used by customers to browse the content and products and to make legitimate purchases. Persons may not use this site for any purposes such as fraudulent or speculative transactions or to copy, reproduce, republish or redistribute any of the images or content available on the site.

Delivery Policy

  • Delivery or orders is subject to stock availability and receipt of payment.

  • Orders will be processed and shipped within three (3) business days. All orders will be dispatched via the Post Office or Courier Service dependant on the customer selected option at check-out. Dispatch of shipments will be confirmed via e-mail to the customer by way of Post Office or Courier Service Tracking Number.

  • Late delivery is not grounds for return or refund.

  • The customer accepts that in order for Naturalistic Organic Traders (Pty) Ltd to prove delivery of an order, Naturalistic Organic Traders (Pty) Ltd does not have to prove that the customer personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.

Return and Refunds Policy

  • The provision of goods and services by Naturalistic Organic Traders (Pty) Ltd is subject to stock availability. 

  • In cases of stock unavailability, Naturalistic Organic Traders (Pty) Ltd will contact the customer via e-mail or telephonically to offer a suitable alternative product. Should no suitable alternative product be agreed on by the customer and Naturalistic Organic Traders (Pty) Ltd, Naturalistic Organic Traders (Pty) Ltd will refund the customer in full within 30 days. 

  • An order can be cancelled if payment has not been made yet for the order by the customer. Once payment has been made by the customer for an order, the order can only be cancelled within twenty four (24) hours of Naturalistic Organic Traders (Pty) Ltd receiving the payment or before the order has been dispatched by Naturalistic Organic Traders (Pty) Ltd, whichever is earlier. Cancellation of a paid order by the customer will attract a 10% administration fee to cover bank charges and other costs associated with refunding the customer for the cancelled order.

  • If a product is damaged or broken when the customer receives it, the customer must inform Naturalistic Organic Traders (Pty) Ltd within twenty four (24) hours of receiving it. Naturalistic Organic Traders (Pty) Ltd will then make arrangements for the damaged product to be returned and a replacement product will be dispatched via Post Office at Naturalistic Organic Traders (Pty) Ltd expense. Alternatively Naturalistic Organic Traders (Pty) Ltd may refund the customer in full for the damaged or broken product.

  • All products are sold with a 7 day satisfaction guarantee. If the customer is not completely happy with a product that they have received with their order, the customer can contact Naturalistic Organic Traders (Pty) Ltd within 7 days of receipt with the reason of dissatisfaction. If the supplied product is in its original sealed state Naturalistic Organic Traders (Pty) Ltd will issue a return number and a return delivery address. Shipping costs for the return will be for the customer’s account. Upon receipt of the return, Naturalistic Organic Traders (Pty) Ltd will inspect the item and if it is in its original sealed state, Naturalistic Organic Traders (Pty) Ltd will refund the customer for the value of the product.

  • In the case of incorrect product delivery, the customer must contact Naturalistic Organic Traders (Pty) Ltd within twenty four (24) hours of receipt. Naturalistic Organic Traders (Pty) Ltd will check its delivery dispatch system to identify if the incorrect product was supplied. If the incorrect product was supplied Naturalistic Organic Traders (Pty) Ltd will arrange the dispatch of the correct product at its own expense and at the same time collection of the incorrect product. Please note that incorrect products should be received in its original sealed state.

Customer Privacy Policy

  • Naturalistic Organic Traders (Pty) Ltd shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from: http://www.dhs.gov.za/Content/PAIA/paia_manual.htm.

  • Naturalistic Organic Traders (Pty) Ltd respect your privacy. This means that any and all of the personal information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned. Any information provided on this site will be held with the utmost care and will only be used to process orders and to provide the best possible service. Subscription to our mailing lists is also by subscription only.

Payment Options Accepted

  • Payment may be made via Visa or Master Card credit cards or by bank transfer into the Naturalistic Organic Traders (Pty) Ltd bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

Credit Card Acquiring and Security

  • Credit card transactions will be acquired for Naturalistic Organic Traders (Pty) Ltd by Virtual Card Service (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Nedbank of South Africa. Shop Direct uses SSL3 and credit card information is stored per Visa and Mastercard guidelines on the website. Users may go to www.shopdirect.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy. 

Customer Details Separate from Card Details

  • Customer details will be stored by Naturalistic Organic Traders (Pty) Ltd separately from card details which are entered by the customer on Shop Direct’s secure site.  For more detail on Shop Direct refer to www.shopdirect.co.za.

Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency

  • The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is ZAR (South African Rand).

Responsibility

  • Naturalistic Organic Traders (Pty) Ltd takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer services and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Country of Domicile

  • This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Naturalistic Organic Traders (Pty) Ltd chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, 20a Talisman Avenue, Bedfordview, 2007.

Variation

  • Naturalistic Organic Traders (Pty) Ltd may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
